The jury selection typically requires a combination of "couples", so probably a mixture of Christians, agnostics and believers. Everyone believes in something and a lot of swearing going to court by the opinions about the things made on the case. One of the things you have to swear that if the jury who is or are not able to deal on their own opinions and evaluate a logical decision on a case. An atheist, which distinguishes an informed decision on this matter is very different from the one true, to the detriment of the accused or accuser.
